Job summary

Rooms To Go is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, uncover home furnishing needs, and generate sales through a consultative approach. You will build rapport with customers using strong listening and communication skills and collaborate with the team to reach sales goals.

• 2+ years of retail or clearance sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Anyone who has experience working directly with customers can be successful selling furniture at Rooms To Go, including servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, flight attendants and anyone else in a service role.
