RJW Home is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our Top Producing Sales Team in Hopatcong, NJ. This role requires no cold calling as we provide pre-set appointments for you to close deals on window and door installations. HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of homeowners in New Jersey need to change their old & drafty energy‑efficient windows and doors ASAP considering the steep rise in energy costs. Plus, there are a TON of older homes in NJ where existing roofing and siding needs immediate updating. Since we are one of the largest remodelers in our area with a PHENOMENAL reputation, BUSINESS IS BOOMING and we need 3 MORE Top Producers to join our Top Producing Sales Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Visiting New Jersey homeowners to assess their window, entry door, roofing and siding needs and conduct an informal but accurate list of popular options to solve their problems.
• Use your persuasive skills and friendly disposition to facilitate orders.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

COMPENSATION

$150,000 to $225,000 Per Year
