In this role you’ll manage a steady pipeline through networking and follow-up, ensure accurate documentation, and stay compliant with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets.
• Strong comfort with digital databases and CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a Vancouver office.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to identify their unique coverage needs and financial goals.
• Present insurance solutions that provide tangible protection and long-term security.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities through networking and proactive follow-up.
• Ensure all policy applications and documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with state regulations.
• Provide ongoing support to current clients by conducting policy reviews and addressing any coverage questions.
• Collaborate with the broader district office team to share strategies and improve our collective service delivery.
