The Sales Producer is responsible for cultivating and building new relationships with key decision makers at colleges and universities to generate prospect opportunities. As an effective sales executive, you will aggressively develop a pipeline of opportunities that align with target account demographics defined by the Student Health division of Wellfleet while representing the organization in a positive and professional manner. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the sales cycle, from introduction through closing, be responsible for responding to RFPs, contributing to proposal content, managing review and submission of final proposals. While also collaborating with the Marketing Team to generate and develop company and industry content to highlight the Wellfleet value proposition and stay abreast of industry topics.

The annual gross base salary range is $75,000 to $100,000. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. This position is also eligible for a Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC) plan. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of Wellfleet’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
