Are you an experienced Sales Executive? If so, we want you to join our growing team! Wellfleet, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, seeks an experienced Regional Sales Executive to support the Wellfleet sales team and Wellfleet Workplace block of business.
Wellfleet currently manufactures a set of Workplace products including Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Accident, Short term Disability, GAP Medical, and a Police Accident and Police Admin Duty product. In addition to the Workplace marketplace, Wellfleet also sells Student Health products in the college marketplace. Wellfleet also sells “Special Risk” accident products in the participant accident marketplace.
The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for cultivating and building strong relationships with intermediaries to generate prospect opportunities. As an effective sales representative, you will aggressively develop new distribution channels and intermediaries within these channels, while striving to maintain existing relationships within your designated territory. In addition to servicing the brokerage market, this role will also be responsible for finding and building new wholesale relationships. This role will also assist in supporting the Workplace Services business as needed by assisting in the correct go to market strategy.

The annual gross base salary is $75,000 to $100,000. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. This position is also eligible for a Variable Incentive Compensation (VIC) plan. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of Wellfleet’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short‑term and long‑term disability insurance.
