Job summary

HELP in Cincinnati seeks a Sales Process Coach to mentor our sales team and deliver classroom training and on-site coaching across residential HVAC and plumbing services. You will shape the sales process, teach objection handling, and emphasize premium customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in residential HVAC/plumbing sales, proven teaching ability, and familiarity with Service Titan. You will develop curricula and coach field staff to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching groups and individuals in a sales environment.
• Experience delivering sales process training across multiple locations.
• Ability to generate and improve training curricula for sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sales process training for groups of 1–10 across sales and technician roles.
• Provide on-site coaching during customer visits to demonstrate techniques.
• Mentor and train employees on sales steps, handling objections and premium service.
