Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring Sales Advocates to provide outstanding service and tailored wireless solutions to customers at our McKees Rocks store. This role features unlimited earning potential through commissions and a clear path to leadership.

You’ll help customers find the right plan, maintain store standards, and contribute to achievement of sales KPIs while representing the Cricket brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, positive attitude and problem solving ability.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
• Build value by offering tailored wireless solutions for individuals, families, or business.
• Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy in-store.
• Assist store leadership with operations and duties and achieve sales KPIs.
• Participate in outside events or promotional activities as needed.
