Job summary

Rise Financial Group seeks a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive sales and mentor new hires in a dynamic, client-facing role. You will identify potential clients, build long-term relationships, and close deals while delivering hands-on training to incoming staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in B2B sales, experience or a strong willingness to mentor others, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in B2B sales with proven ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Experience or willingness to mentor/train others; coaching mindset valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through in-person calls, networking, and referrals.
• Build relationships to ensure client retention and repeat business.
• Present, negotiate, and close sales.
• Deliver training to new hires and mentor team members.
• Travel within designated sales area as needed.
