Audi Winnipeg is seeking a dependable Sales Porter/Lot Attendant in Winnipeg, MB. This full-time role involves transporting customers and dealership staff, maintaining lot organization, and assisting service and sales teams.

You will inspect vehicles, prepare them for delivery, and support cleaning and detailing tasks. A valid driver’s license and a keen customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Interest in automotive industry and knowledge about vehicles is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience with cleaning products and tools is an asset.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Transporting customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Performing vehicle cleaning and detailing for customer vehicles and inventory.
• Assisting service and sales departments with duties.
• Daily organization and parking of vehicles for sale and service.
• Removing protective coverings and ID tags before returning vehicles to customers.
• Inspecting vehicles for stains, debris, and damages and reporting issues.

Your area of focus.

In this position, theService Porterwill be responsible for transporting customers as needed, cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles owned by customers and those that will be placed into inventory. Success in this role will require someone who has the physical capabilities to effectively maneuver around, under, and inside the vehicle to ensure a thorough and satisfactory detail has been completed.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Service and Sales Department duties
• Daily Organization and parking of vehicles for saleand service department
• Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer
• Inspect vehicles for stains,debrisand damages before returning the vehicle to the customer, and report any damageimmediately
• Assistwith service write-ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks
• Assistwith shop clean-up and deliveries when needed
• Cleaning off vehicle exteriors based on seasonal needs (i.e.snow removal)
• Identifyany lot merchandising needs or issues to theappropriate manager
• Placing signage in and on vehiclesfor advertising purposes
• Monitoring and organizing vehicles daily based on their progress in the reconditioning process
• Lot tidiness (garbage clearing,etc)

What are the must-haves…

• High school diploma or GED
• Interest in automotive industry, and knowledgeable about vehicles
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools including power washers is an asset
• Must be dependable, reliable,possessa strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent customer service skills

Compensation

The expected range of compensation for this position is $17.50 – $18.50 Hourly — No bonus. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, education, skills and experience.
