Job summary

Appleway Chevrolet, Inc. in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Porter-New/Used to maintain the lot and move units, transport customers and staff, and assist with deliveries. You will ensure vehicles are clean and display-ready on the lot or showroom.

Additionally, you will handle window stickers, perform grounds maintenance, and participate in special projects as needed. A high school diploma and basic automotive knowledge are preferred, with a valid license and the ability to drive a manual

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of basic automotive repair and maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to handle machinery safely.
• Ability to drive across surrounding states to transport vehicles.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Valid state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed by sales managers.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good repair on lot and showroom.
• Place window stickers on newly arrived vehicles for display.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup and general building/grounds maintenance.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
