The role involves inspecting inbound vehicles, verifying invoices, organizing inventory, and delivering cars to the prep department, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• One to three months of related experience or training is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Personal values that align with Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Respect, and Excellence.

Responsibilities

• Compare serial numbers of incoming vehicles against invoices.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
• Document any damage or missing items on delivery receipts.
• Park and organize new vehicles in designated areas.
• Assign stock control numbers to incoming inventory.
• Delivery of vehicles sold to the new-vehicle preparation department.
• Perform routine storage maintenance to protect tires, batteries, and vehicle finishes.
• Follow all dealership quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Present a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
