The Honest Company is seeking a Sales Planning Manager to align field sales voice with cross-functional teams, driving customer-focused plans and KPIs. This hybrid role can be based in Minneapolis, MN or Los Angeles, CA, with our LA HQ in Playa Vista.

The Sales Planning Manager is the primary internal point of contact for field sales teams and ensures that the voice of the customer and the channels are communicated effectively to the broader organization. The Sales Planning Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Accounting, IT, Packaging, Regulatory and the Sales Strategy & Capabilities Team, to drive business objectives that align to company initiatives. This is a hybrid role and is open to either being located in Minneapolis, MN or Los Angeles, CA. Our LA HQ office is located in Playa Vista, CA.

The pay range for this role is $97,000–$115,000/yr. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total rewards package for this position may also include base, annual incentive plan, benefits, retirement plan, equity, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
