Job summary

TRANZACT is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to lead a team of Sales Agents, driving customer service excellence and performance outcomes. You will coach and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with QA, Training, and Workforce teams to optimize results.

The role includes weekend work during peak periods such as AEP and requires a five-day office schedule. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in call center leadership, and experience coaching sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of call center leadership experience.
• 1+ years in a direct supervisory role.
• Experience coaching and managing performance of customer service or sales teams.
• Experience launching or scaling new teams/programs is a strong plus.
• Understanding life insurance, Medicare and Medicaid regulations is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and support a team of Sales Agents to deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance goals.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Monitor team performance with KPIs such as call quality, productivity, and compliance metrics.
• Identify training needs and partner with internal teams to deliver targeted training programs.
• Drive a performance-driven culture with clear goals and recognition of achievements.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Training, and Workforce Management to optimize performance.
• Provide regular reporting on team metrics and recommend actions to improve results.
• Lead Agent Development Plans and maintain performance documentation.
• Support change management initiatives and communicate updates clearly.
• Take ownership of special projects or initiatives.
• This position will require operating within an office five days per week and weekends during peak period such as AEP.
• Be hands-on when needed, including direct sales participation.
