Job summary

SVG Motors is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to elevate the showroom team, coach talent, and close deals that others can’t. You’ll enforce the Phoenix Process, drill scripts, and drive full transactions from greeting to delivery with conviction.

You’ll lead daily training, run role-plays, and provide hands-on guidance to ensure every sale meets the standard and contributes to the store’s growth across multiple Ohio locations.

Qualifications

• Experience closing face-to-face in showroom environments.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Familiarity with F&I products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train daily on the Phoenix Process and scripts.
• Close deals in the showroom when sales staff need you.
• Conduct regular one-on-one reviews and track performance.
