Job description

Join Amberscript’s Innovations Team — a fast-moving, independent group inside a larger company, building and launching cutting-edge AI tools. Think of it as an internal startup, where speed, autonomy, and experimentation are core to how we work. We operate with a "can-do" mentality and ship fast GTMs to learn what sticks.

One of our current launches is Amber Notes, an AI-powered meeting assistant that transcribes conversations and generates summaries and action points. It’s just the beginning — we’re also testing agentic research copilots and other zero-to-one AI products designed to make work radically more efficient.

What you will achieve
  • Own the full sales funnel: outbound prospecting, qualification, product demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build a repeatable sales playbook and drive new revenue for Amber Notes and agentic AI innovations.
  • Identify and pursue high-value partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing to define ICPs, optimize MQL handoff, and increase SQL conversion.
  • Track and report on pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue metrics (using HubSpot or similar).
  • Provide structured feedback to product on prospect objections, feature gaps, and onboarding pain points.
Your profile
  • 3–5 years of B2B2C SaaS sales experience, ideally in fast-paced tech or AI companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales tools (CRM, sales automation, prospecting platforms).
  • Comfortable selling technical products to non-technical users.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and highly self-managed in a remote setting.
  • Based in the EU.
