Position OverviewYes, you’ll be selling early. You’ll be pioneering our early success stories and helping shape our go-to-market approach alongside the founders.
Commission StructureOur commission model is designed to reward both initial sales and long-term client relationships:
First 3 months: 30% of the monthly revenue from each client you bring on
Months 4-12: 15% of monthly revenue during the remainder of year one
Years 2-3: 7% of monthly revenue as clients mature
Year 4 and beyond: 3% lifetime residual commission
To maintain eligibility for the lifetime 3% residual, partners must close at least one new client every 6 months. This structure creates a growing income stream as you build your client portfolio over time.
