What the Platform Does

Our proprietary AI platform is a deterministic agent-based automation system designed to eliminate the most painful, costly administrative workflows in healthcare:

  • Prior authorizations
  • Eligibility checks
  • Automated claims processing and denial appeals

We’re currently operating in stealth and moving fast—this is your chance to shape the foundation of a revenue engine from the ground up.

RCM teams are understaffed. Denials are rising. Delays in prior auths are costly and frustrating.

  • Built-in support for FHIR, HL7, and custom EMR API integrations
  • Designed for full observability, auditability, and compliance from day one

Imagine this: You're helping a 10-provider clinic cut prior authorization delays from 3 days to 15 minutes—saving thousands in staff time and speeding up patient care. That’s the kind of value our platform enables.

Position Overview
  • Structured as a 1099 independent contractor relationship
  • You manage your own schedule, workflow, and tools
  • We provide demo support, enablement materials, and deal tracking
  • You’re responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and benefits
  • Ideal for entrepreneurial sales professionals looking to build a recurring revenue stream

Yes, you’ll be selling early. You’ll be pioneering our early success stories and helping shape our go-to-market approach alongside the founders.

Commission Structure

Our commission model is designed to reward both initial sales and long-term client relationships:

First 3 months: 30% of the monthly revenue from each client you bring on

Months 4-12: 15% of monthly revenue during the remainder of year one

Years 2-3: 7% of monthly revenue as clients mature

Year 4 and beyond: 3% lifetime residual commission

To maintain eligibility for the lifetime 3% residual, partners must close at least one new client every 6 months. This structure creates a growing income stream as you build your client portfolio over time.

  • Confident working independently without a salary or assigned leads

  • Host a lunchtime demo with a practice administrator
  • Sync with the founding team on client feedback
  • Track your pipeline and follow up on warm leads before close
