Vivint Smart Home is seeking a Field Service Technician/Electrician to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home devices at customer locations. You will assess homes, recommend upgrades, and close enhancements on-site while delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes on‑the‑job training, a path for growth within our national organization, and a 4/10 workweek with a company vehicle and provided equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and licensing requirements as per applicable law.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
• Evaluating customer homes to recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
• Training homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
