Job summary

Logical Brands in Nashville seeks a Sales Operations Specialist to empower our sales team with accurate data, scalable processes, and reliable reporting. You will manage core sales systems, dashboards, and analytics, supporting pricing, product setup, portals, and commission-related tasks to accelerate revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, account support, or a related operational role in the Pet Industry preferred.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, along with proficiency in presentation and documentation tools.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core sales systems, including CRM platforms, reporting tools, customer or retail portals, product information systems, and related operational applications.
• Prepare and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analyses for sales teams and leadership.
• Support daily sales operations through pricing administration, item setup, documentation, portal maintenance, commission-related support, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain data quality, process consistency, and system accuracy across customer, product, pricing, and sales support information.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and support account needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and operational processes that support sales execution.
• Provide support for sales meetings, trade shows, samples, and other commercial activities as needed.
