Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a high-energy Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and revenue growth across our retail footprint. You will partner with Sales Directors and District Managers to optimize performance, coach leadership talent, and ensure stores hit peak metrics across activations, upgrades, accessories, and plan mix.

Ideal candidates bring a proven sales operations track record in multi-unit retail or wireless leadership, strong analytics, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales operations within retail or wireless leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with experience running strategic calls and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Partner with Sales Directors to identify growth opportunities, remove blockers, and improve underperforming metrics.
• Optimize Core KPIs: Track and boost activations, upgrades, accessories, device protection, plan mix, AutoPay, and other key wireless metrics.
• Develop Leadership Talent: Coach District Managers, lead daily strategy calls, and maintain alignment with clear follow-up.
• Deliver Strategic Insights: Analyze sales trends, prepare daily impact reports, and provide actionable business recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support Frontline Teams: Collaborate with Field Leadership and Training to elevate store execution and team capability.
• Oversee Local Marketing & Events: Manage local marketing execution and event tracking; participate in community engagement and promotional setups.
• Executive Alignment: Prepare for weekly executive performance calls with clear reporting on sales trends, compliance, and labor optimization.
