Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in cell phone or electronics, with multi-site responsibilities.
• Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and develop store managers and sales teams.
• Track record of training and performance management to drive results.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends to support the team.
• Experience scaling success across multiple locations is a plus.
