Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Sales Operations Senior Analyst to optimize sales processes, deliver comprehensive analytics, and support strategic initiatives across the bank. You will coordinate dashboards, KPI reporting, and CRM tooling (Salesforce), collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/MIS and 3–5 years of experience in sales operations within financial services, with Power

  • Experience with sales operations in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Frontline businesses and Data Analytics on dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze sales data to deliver actionable insights, support forecasting, and inform decisions.
  • Support CRM platforms and sales technologies to improve productivity and data integrity.
  • Design and improve sales processes, workflows, and operational practices for efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives.
  • Provide training and enablement resources to help sales teams leverage systems and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral and training materials to support readiness.

For more information about joining our team, please visit us at www.texascapitalbank.com.OverviewThe Sales Operations Sr. Analyst plays a key role in optimizing sales processes, providing deeper analytics, and supporting strategic initiatives to improve sales effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with Frontline businesses and Data Analytics team on the development and maintenance of sales dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance tracking tools to monitor business results and identify opportunities for improvement.Analyze sales data and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights, support forecasting, and inform strategic decision-making.Support the implementation, administration, and optimization of CRM platforms and sales technologies to improve productivity and data integrity.Support the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of sales processes, workflows, and operational practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment, facilitate communication, and ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.Provide training, guidance, and enablement resources to help sales teams effectively leverage systems, tools, and best practices.Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, training materials, and other resources that support sales readiness and customer engagement.Coordinate and support sales programs, campaigns, and initiatives that align with business objectives and sales strategies.Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices; assist with implementing solutions and measuring results.Provide operational and administrative support, including meeting coordination, documentation management, and project tracking to ensure smooth execution of Sales Operations activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, MIS or a related field.3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role within the financial services industry, preferably banking, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; experience with Power BI and CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.Ability to work independently and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle and analyze complex data sets.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and recommend improvements.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.The duties listed above are the essential functions, or fundamental duties within the job classification.
