Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Business or Marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role.
• Attention to detail with strong time management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.
• Must maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• DOT-regulated position requiring MVR checks, DOT physical, and drug screening per FMCSA.
• Willisngness to travel within the district and work at the required location.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage inventory of vehicles to balance fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
