Job summary

Penske is seeking an entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Minnesota. You will use your bachelor’s degree to run a business, solve problems for customers, and contribute to sales, operations, finance, and service activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts.
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
