Job summary

Penske is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Eagan, MN. This entry-level role uses your bachelor's degree to run a business, solve problems for customers and learn Penske processes, technology, and culture through structured training and mentoring.

You will help manage inventory, develop solutions for local and national accounts, generate leads, and build lasting customer relationships while participating in a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
Results oriented, attention to detail and good time management skills.
A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26' box truck.

Responsibilities

Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including many of the Fortune 500.
Manage our large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
