Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking an entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Plymouth, MI. You will use your degree to run a business, solve problems for customers, and participate in ongoing training and mentoring across sales, operations, finance, customer service, and technology.

You’ll support a fast-paced team with flexible schedules, associate incentives, and nationwide advancement opportunities, while gaining hands-on experience in driving Penske processes and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business or Marketing
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Internship or related customer-facing experience preferred
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and strong time management
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles including a 26’ box truck
• Maintains a DOT driver qualification file and passes safety screenings

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 clients
• Manage large inventory of vehicles to balance fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction
• Generate new business leads and nurture existing customer relationships
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
