Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Results oriented with attention to detail and good time management.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• DOT-regulated with a current driver qualification file; DOT Drug Screening for CDL holders.
• Willingness to travel within the district to training sites and customer yards.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage large inventory of vehicles balancing fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
