Job summary

Penske is seeking an entry-level Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Indianapolis. You will use your degree to run a business and solve problems for customers, with ongoing training and mentoring to build skills across sales, operations, finance, customer service, technology and more.

You’ll work with a high-energy team, enjoy flexible schedules, incentives and discount programs, and have potential advancement opportunities across hundreds of Penske locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-facing internship or related work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles including a 26’ box truck.
• Ability to travel within the district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage a large inventory of vehicles to balance fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
