Job summary

ROHA, a leading colors and food ingredients company, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist based in Saint Louis, MO. You will support the sales team by managing the CRM system, handling pricing and quotations, and generating sales reports to drive business momentum.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will ensure accurate pricing, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain master data in SAP while upholding ROHA's standards and confidentiality.

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the CRM to ensure processes follow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the sales processes are effectively followed my managing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Monitor pricing module to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Provide support for the sales team with pricing and quotations through the CRM system using price margin management
• Generate and analyze sales data reports to support the sales team in accelerating business and providing customer service
• Receive and acknowledge customer complaints, assign to respective department manager, and complete root cause analysis
• Manage any product claims or returns with Sales Director
• Manage and maintain customer master in SAP
• Ensure proper filing of all documents and records in compliance to company standards
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Promoting the highest quality image of ROHA with co-workers, customers, vendors, and the community
• Maintaining and enhancing the culture and core values of ROHA
