As an Inside Sales/Sales Operations Specialist you’ll be responsible for supporting our sales channels and growing our business.

What You’ll Do

  • Streamline and Optimize Sales Process while overseeing Sales Funnel and Sales Forecasting
  • Onboarding of sales channel partners
  • Liaison between sales acquisition and order fulfillment teams while ensuring frequent and efficient reporting and communication.
  • Maintains customer resource management tools and sales processes.
  • Help build new product Reseller Channels with Key Account Managers

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline along with a minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales or Sales Operations experience. .
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills. Effective interpersonal skills including leading cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in SAP or similar ERP applications along with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or Relux is a plus.

Salary

Total Base Pay Range: 66,500.00 - 88,700.00 USD based on experience level

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%
