Job summary

AMAX, established in 1979, seeks a proactive Sales Operations professional to collaborate with Sales, PM, and internal teams to enhance customer experience. You will coordinate quotes, orders, and invoicing while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, PM, and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service and support overall satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison across cross-functional teams and provide timely project updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with program activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate program performance and present findings to management for operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate sales operations activities: quotes, proposals, RFPs, orders, status updates, and invoice processing.
• Support general sales and administrative tasks; take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Job description

Work closely with Sales, PM, and internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service and support overall customer satisfaction.

Serve as a key liaison across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and providing timely project updates to relevant stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with program activities and implement appropriate actions to mitigate potential risks.

Evaluate program performance and present findings and recommendations to management to support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.

Work with Sales and PMs to coordinate activities and support all aspects of the sales operations process, including:

• Preparing and coordinating quotes, proposals and RFP responses,
• Processing and tracking customer orders
• Providing project status updates and coordinating follow-ups
• Supporting invoice processing
• Managing general sales and administrative activities

Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned to support business and team objectives.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet requirements under multiple deadlines.
• Customer-oriented.

Good to have:

• Bachelor’s degree, or 1-2 years of working experience in related fields.
• Experience working with clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
