Job summary

AMAX seeks an organized, customer‑oriented team member to support sales operations and cross‑functional projects. You will work closely with Sales and PMs to manage quotes, orders, and invoicing while ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.

This role emphasizes exceptional communication, multitasking, and a proactive approach to risk management and process improvement within a GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Experience coordinating quotes, orders and general sales/admin activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, PM and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Act as liaison across cross-functional teams, providing timely project updates.
• Identify and monitor risks in program activities and mitigate where needed.
• Evaluate program performance and present findings to management for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate sales processes including quotes, proposals, RFPs, orders, invoicing, and follow-ups.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support business objectives.

Job description

Work closely with Sales, PM, and internal departments to deliver exceptional customer service and support overall customer satisfaction.

Serve as a key liaison across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and providing timely project updates to relevant stakeholders.

Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with program activities and implement appropriate actions to mitigate potential risks.

Evaluate program performance and present findings and recommendations to management to support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.

Work with Sales and PMs to coordinate activities and support all aspects of the sales operations process, including:

• Preparing and coordinating quotes, proposals and RFP responses,
• Processing and tracking customer orders
• Providing project status updates and coordinating follow-ups
• Supporting invoice processing
• Managing general sales and administrative activities

Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned to support business and team objectives.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet requirements under multiple deadlines.
• Customer-oriented.

Good to have:

• Bachelor’s degree, or 1-2 years of working experience in related fields.
• Experience working with clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
