Job summary

AMAX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize processes for product functionality and cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment in Fremont, CA. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and hands-on problem solving across equipment, layout, and production planning.

Candidates should hold a BS/MS in engineering and have experience in electronic devices manufacturing. A motivated, independent worker with clear communication will thrive in this dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in an electronic devices manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced dynamic environment; communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
• Ability to think logically and critically to weigh options for efficient production.
• High motivation and desire to help customers and our company succeed.

Responsibilities

Job description

• BS, MS, or equivalent in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
• Experience in an electronic devices manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working effectively and accurately under narrow time limitations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced dynamic environment; communicating clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
• An ability to think logically and critically that helps to weigh various available options and take the best decision in favor of efficient production.
• High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customers and our company succeed.
• Server and/or Rack products experience preferred.
