The Role / Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager (OM) manages a regional team of Contract Specialists supporting the lead-to-cash process, driving sales growth, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee contract drafting, order processing, fulfillment, and customer issue resolution.
  2. Manage 4-6 Contract Specialists responsible for sales support activities like contract generation, pricing, renewal management, and CRM development.
  3. Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
  4. Handle HR duties including recruiting, performance evaluations, and training.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders on product launches and operational changes.
  6. Promote professional development and career growth within the team.
  7. Identify challenges impacting sales and efficiency.
  8. Build strong relationships with stakeholders involved in lead-to-cash processes.
  9. Maintain SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
  10. Collaborate with global Sales Operations Managers.
  11. Coordinate operational aspects of acquisitions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years in sales, operations, or quote-to-cash support, with management experience, including remote team management.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and proactive approach.
  • Self-motivated with project management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
Additional Information:
