Sales & Operations Manager

What We Need

We are seeking a strong and energetic Sales & Operations Manager to lead sales growth and oversee daily operations in a designated service area. This hybrid role is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, supervising logistics and container operations, and ensuring superior service delivery. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and serves as a critical connection between customers and field operations.

Description
  • Identify and acquire new commercial and industrial accounts through direct outreach, presentations, and prospecting.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to maximize account retention and revenue.
  • Supervise drivers and yard personnel; manage dispatch and routing to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company operational standards.
  • Track container inventory and coordinate maintenance to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to document sales activity, pipeline, and client interaction.
  • Manage local P&L elements, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Develop market awareness by monitoring competitor activity and participating in trade or community events.
  • Collaborate with customer service and billing teams to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for local operational staff.
Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional early mornings or evenings may be required.
