About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the HubSpot administrator and subject matter expert for the sales team
  • Ensure data accuracy, stage hygiene, and process consistency across all deals
  • Optimize deal workflows, automation, and lead routing logic
  • Build and maintain scalable pipeline views and dashboards for sales leadership
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop and maintain key sales reports and dashboards for forecasting and performance tracking
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Recommend operational improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Support leadership with monthly/quarterly business reviews and board-ready reporting
  • Maintain and continuously improve the library of proposal templates, case studies, and sales collateral
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure materials are current, brand-aligned, and tailored for target segments
  • Assist in creating custom proposal content when needed

Qualifications

  • You are local to the Boulder/Denver Metro area and/or are able to commute to our Broomfield, CO office. (We do not offer relocation assistance)
  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot CRM (certifications a plus)
  • Expert Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) preferred
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or fintech sales cycles a plus
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and proactive
