We're looking for a globally-aligned Sales Operations Lead to join our team at Snap! As a member of our Global Sales Operations team, you'll work with Sales Leadership across all sales channels and all regions around the globe to drive strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. You'll design, own and implement key strategies that help our Sales and Cross Functional Partners drive increased value for our customers. You'll also support key moments in our global business rhythm, such as quota setting, weekly business reviews and annual planning. Within this role, you'll partner closely with Sales Operations teams in each region as well as global functions like Tooling and Sales Enablement. This role will play a critical role in spearheading critical initiatives that power the Sales team's growth and success.

Compensation: In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $142,000-$214,000 annually.
Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $135,000-$203,000 annually.
Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $121,000-$182,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
