Job summary

AUMOVIO in Auburn Hills, MI offers a yearlong internship centered on business operations. You will support contracts and price tracking, assist with SAP price updates, create templates to standardize change requests, and help organize legacy files in a new setup.

You will work with plant controllers and Account Managers to identify gaps and prepare reports. Qualified students are enrolled in a US-accredited business program with a minimum 3.0 GPA, sophomore standing or higher, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, or equivalent
• Since this is a yearlong internship, you must be enrolled in a program for the duration of the internship.
• Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Minimum Sophomore standing or higher
• Must be able to work on site during normal business hours (Mon‑Fri)
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (focus in Excel & PowerPoint)
• Excellent English (oral and written) communication skills – must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, conference calls and in writing
• Basic knowledge of general accounting and financial
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills – must work well on a team

Responsibilities

• Support contracts and price tracking management

• Support automatization activities with sales specific needs
• Structure Customer Presentations using a standard communication
• Tooling recovery documentation
