AUMOVIO Systems, Inc. seeks an Automotive Aftermarket Controlling Analyst to own product costing and the creation of costing standards used across the business.
You will support budgeting and monthly forecasting, assist in month-end closes, and prepare KPI reports in PowerBI and SAP, requiring a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience with attention to detail.

As an AUMOVIO Controlling Analyst for Automotive Aftermarket and OES, you will be responsible for product costing, along with the creation of various costing standards that will be used. In addition, you will assist in Business Case development and analysis based on those standards.
Core Responsibilities
The Controlling Analyst will assist the Controlling Team with the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes, including uploading of actual, budget and forecast financial data in FRAME.
The successful candidate supports month-end closing (processing SAP transactions, posting journal entries and various reconciliations) and necessary yearend activities (e.g. costing and inventory related transactions, analysis of variations, fix costs, balance sheet items and assisting in annual financial audits).
The Controlling Analyst will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing Controlling and Management KPI PowerBI and/or SAP reports on a monthly basis, as well as creating special reports as required.
The successful candidate will need to adapt to conflicting deadlines and priorities established by company demands as well as perform other duties/assignments as directed by the Controlling Supervisor.
