You will maintain pipeline data, assist forecasting, and help with market trend research while collaborating with senior staff.

The role emphasizes Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, strong organization, and attention to detail as you contribute to sales decision-making and data-driven planning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, business or marketing major preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent administrative skills and strong attention to detail.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Business Development team members.
• Update and maintain Win/Loss/Pipeline data in FilePro.
• Perform quote data entry for top customers.
• Analyze house account data and help forecast future demand.
• Conduct research on market trends and DoD funding.
• Assist with data organization and reporting for sales leadership decisions.
• Coordinate additional projects as assigned by Manager.
