Job summary

Like Air is seeking a Customer Supply Network Analyst to optimize the order fulfillment process and service delivery across our customer base. You will collaborate between Operations and Sales to ensure inventory supports store activations, promotions, and seasonal launches, while managing sensitive product events.

You will analyze data to identify root causes and opportunities, driving improvements in fill rates, on‑time delivery, and overall supply chain performance for key retailers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, or related field required.
  • 3 years’ experience in the CPG food industry serving distribution/logistics and/or business process/systems analysis, preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office; Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, supply planning, and inventory management preferred.
  • Broad and detailed knowledge of the business processes used in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience in Project Management and RFP/RFQ’s an asset.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP System preferred.
  • Intermediate SQL and Access knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and seamlessly as part of a cross‑functional team.
  • Results and detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and decision‑making ability.
  • Organized, with strong analytical and time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Drive clear communication and accountability across the supply chain, leading customer/service meetings, maintaining reporting and dashboards, documenting SOPs, and proactively escalating risks and opportunities to leadership.
  • Own the end-to-end customer order lifecycle for assigned retail accounts, from order entry through delivery, ensuring strong fill rates, on‑time performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage daily supply and order fulfillment, review customer demand against available inventory, and work cross‑functionally with operations and sales teams to proactively develop solutions for shortages, allocation challenges, and supply disruptions.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Demand Planning, Operations, Logistics, and Marketing to align inventory with promotions, new product launches, seasonal demand, and customer priorities.
  • Serve as the day-to-day supply chain contact for customers and 3PL partners, resolving order, inventory, transportation, warehouse, EDI, and system issues quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor and improve customer and supply chain KPIs, including fill rate, on‑time delivery, order cycle time, inventory health, and service levels.
  • Analyze supply chain and customer data to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities, then turn those insights into practical actions that improve service, reduce cost, prevent recurring issues, and improve order cadence for freight and in‑stock optimization.
  • Manage retailer‑specific requirements and compliance, including EDI/API transactions, routing guides, delivery windows, ASNs, labeling, scorecards, and customer‑specific shipping requirements.
  • Manage customer warehouse inventory and make recommendations to support fill rates and reduce obsolescence for all customers, including UNFI, KeHE, HEB, and other warehouse inventory management.
  • Own inventory discrepancy and service issue resolution, partnering with 3PLs, warehouses, transportation providers, and internal teams to investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that streamline order management, improve inventory visibility, strengthen processes, reduce non‑promotion‑related chargebacks and operational costs.

Position Summary

The Customer Supply Network Analyst, SNA, manages the order fulfillment process and drives service delivery across the entire customer base. A successful candidate will collaborate between Operations and Sales to deliver inventory to support store activations, promotions, launch seasonal and new items, and manage sensitive product events. They are responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the order-to-delivery process, as well as the reporting and analysis of service delivery metrics and supply chain performance.

What You’ll Do
