Job summary

J&J Truck Bodies & Trailers is seeking a Sales Operations & Customer Experience Manager to optimize B2B operations, customer support, and marketing coordination. The role oversees inside sales, customer service, and CRM discipline, ensuring timely, professional communication from inquiry through delivery and post-sale service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, Operations, or related field preferred.
• Several years of experience in sales operations, customer experience, or related B2B role preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or technical B2B environments strongly preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience leading inside sales or customer-facing teams required.
• Experience improving processes with CRM/ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own the effective use and administration of the CRM platform with data integrity and alignment across teams.
• Develop and maintain sales operations processes including lead intake, opportunity tracking, quote follow-up, and pipeline reporting.
• Partner with sales leadership to track KPI metrics such as lead conversion, backlog, win/loss trends, and response times.
• Support reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and customer lists for the sales team.
• Identify gaps between sales, customer service, engineering, order processing, warranty, and finance; implement improvements.
