Job summary

Amphenol Fiber Systems International in Allen, Texas, is seeking a Business Analyst – Sales Operations & CRM to support the commercial organization with organized data, accurate forecasts, and disciplined processes.

The role partners with Sales Managers, the Quoting Team, and leadership to maintain the quote pipeline, CRM records, and KPIs, enabling timely, data-driven decisions while not directly driving sales results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, supply chain, or engineering field.
• 0–3 years in business analysis, sales operations, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, including lookup functions and charts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and data accuracy.
• Comfortable following up with multiple stakeholders to drive completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize the company’s quote pipeline from quotation through order.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to collect and validate sales forecasts regularly.
• Proactively ensure forecast commitments and CRM records are current.
• Coordinate with the Quoting Team to monitor quote status and aging.
• Track and report quote-to-order conversion metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel and CRM tools for leadership.
• Maintain CRM data quality by removing duplicates and correcting records.
• Support CRM governance and ensure proper data processes are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and processes.
• Assist sales meetings with pipeline reviews, forecast reports, and action items.
• Coordinate commercial data consistency across Sales, Customer Service, and Quoting Team.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
