Responsibilities

• Be the engine behind the sales team: support Sales managers and professionals with paperwork, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Own the details: prepare, review, and manage sales docs, finance paperwork, warranties, and system updates for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate equipment from order to delivery: locate equipment, place orders, track deliveries, and coordinate logistics with yard and service teams.
• Be the goto for systems and reporting: record sales activity, monitor reports, clear GL items, support monthly inventory processes.
• Support financing and manufacturer programs: review finance documents and stay updated on programs and extended warranty offerings.
• Partner across the operation: collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, Equipment Coordinators, and Yard teams to ensure smooth deals.
