Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support professional to assist Sales Professionals, Managers, and leadership in moving agriculture deals from quote to invoice. Your accuracy and organizational skills will help ensure pricing, incentives, and approvals are correct across the sales process.

You’ll leverage Power BI and company systems to track progress, support a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across departments to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication with internal teams.
  • Ability to learn and use reporting tools, databases, and company systems.
  • Team-focused and cross-department collaboration to achieve goals.
  • Must have valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Keep deals moving forward: review agriculture sales deals, ensure docs, pricing, incentives, and approvals are complete.
  • Be the expert on programs and incentives: understand manufacturer programs, pricing updates, financing options, and incentives.
  • Drive accuracy from quote to invoice: verify equipment costs, freight, prep, margins, insurance docs, and final details.
  • Leverage data and systems: use Power BI and systems to track deal progress, monitor approvals, maintain regional databases, and ensure timely sales activities.

RDO's field support team members provide support for our dealership teams across the nation.
