Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks a data-driven professional for National Account & Agency Support with a focus on analytics, sales enablement, and collaboration across teams. This remote role supports pricing oversight, display programs, eCommerce coordination, and SFDC maintenance within a global organization.

The candidate will work with Power BI, Excel, and the MS Office suite to analyze data, communicate with stakeholders, and help optimize revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Secondary education in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is advantageous.
• 1–2 years in sales or marketing with data mining or data management experience.

Responsibilities

• National Account & Agency Support including POS detail and ROI reporting.
• Display Program Support: maintain customer and team databases and review displays.
• eCommerce & MAP Review: monitor price scraping, manage violator communications, and liaise with eCommerce partners.
• Programming & Tracking: support PPP contracts, Forte programming, and co-op reimbursement processes.
• SFDC Functional Support: lead maintenance and coordinate with IT for updates.

Job description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

National Account & Agency Support (30%)

• POS detail by Vendor & Agency (TND, Ferguson, etc.)
• Display ROI report

Display Program Support (25%)

• Support Sales Analyst in regular maintenance and management of customer and team database
• Participate in regular display project review process and support movement through process

eCommerce & MAP Review (20%)

• Monitor automated price scraping reports and MAP email inquiries to identify and contact violators
• Support the communication of violation process, violation letters and do not sell notices
• Work with sales team to identify issues and bridge communication gaps to eCommerce customers
• Liaison to third party eCommerce firm to support marketplace disruption and communication as well

Programming & Tracking (15%)

• Support Sales Analyst in programs like PPP contracts, Forte programming and co-op reimbursement
• Assist in annual update and communication of agency contracts

SFDC Functional Support (10%)

• Baldwin lead for all maintenance and account updates needed
• Work with SFDC program and IT for updates and fixes as needed
• Coordinates all FG and employee purchase orders with Customer Service

Education and Experience Profile

• Secondary education in Business or related field preferred
• Education and/or professional experience with Power BI and similar analytical tools
• 1 – 2 years direct experience in sales or marketing
• A background including data mining and/or data management

Required Skills

• Business acumen and basic finance skills
• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership skills, including emotional intelligence and professional maturity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• The work environment is primarily remote.
