Your new role

As a Sales Operations Associate (Renewals), you will execute the end-to-end renewals process, ensure timely contract renewals, maintain accurate records, and support sales and customer success teams in securing ongoing business. You will be key in ensuring operational excellence, data integrity, and compliance throughout the renewal lifecycle. Note: This position may close early if we receive a high volume of applications, so we encourage prompt applications.

What you’ll be doing
  • Renewals Processing: Manage all contract renewals, ensuring timely invoicing, documentation, and updates.
  • Data & System Management: Keep renewal records accurate in CRM and subscription systems, ensuring consistency and minimizing errors.
  • Customer Communication: Support renewal notifications, document requests, and contract amendments in collaboration with customer success and sales teams.
  • Sales Team Support: Provide renewal details, contract terms, and documentation, assisting in customer negotiations when necessary.
  • Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for more efficient renewal processing.
  • CRM & Automation Support: Use CRM and sales tools to automate reminders, track expirations, and follow up timely.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain reports on renewal statuses, upcoming expirations, and processing timelines, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, finance, and customer success teams to resolve renewal issues and ensure smooth execution.
What you’ll bring to the role
  • 2-4+ years of experience in renewals processing, sales operations, or related administrative roles within SaaS or subscription companies.
  • Strong attention to detail, experience with contract processing, CRM data management, and operational execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), subscription platforms, and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of renewals accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with internal teams and external customers.
  • Proactive follow-up skills and confidence in managing conflicting requests and expectations.
  • Interpersonal skills to build relationships, approachability, and professionalism.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across various locations and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in subscription lifecycle management and contract execution.
  • Background in customer success or sales support roles.
