Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills are required and you will interact with customers in person and on the phone.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and complete paperwork accurately.
• Willingness to learn KARMAK and PA bus regulations (PAA, FMVSS).
• Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet, Email.

Responsibilities

• Assist staff with releasing school buses from factory to transport company.
• Participate in school and commercial vehicle check-in.
• Maintain inventory on website and in KARMAK.
• Create work orders for new and used buses; assist with LPOs and delivery expenses.
• Provide phone coverage for the sales office and front desk as needed.
• Support rebates, expense reports, and check requests.
• Maintain stocked sales material displays and ensure customer satisfaction.
