Job Title: Sales Operations & Enablement Manager

Location: Remote (Preferred: Washington DC, VA, MD, MA

Reports To: Chief Growth Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to optimize our sales processes and enhance the performance of our sales teams. This role combines the strategic aspects of sales operations with the practical facets of enablement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SaaS environments, particularly with Salesforce and Gong. You will work closely with our sales teams, including Account Executives, Inbound, and Outbound teams, providing mentorship and strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Operations:
  • Manage and optimize sales processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and maintain sales tools and technologies, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce and Gong.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Support the implementation of sales compensation plans and incentives.
  • Sales Enablement:
  • Develop and deliver sales training and enablement programs, including the enforcement of the SPICED framework.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to AEs, Inbound, and Outbound teams to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Review Gong recordings to extract actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales processes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce and Gong, with a proven track record of leveraging these tools to optimize sales operations.
  • Extensive experience in SaaS sales operations, with a deep understanding of the sales process and lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach sales teams, enhancing their skills and driving performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching sales teams, including AEs, Inbound, and Outbound teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with additional sales tools and technologies.
