Job Summary

We seek a skilled Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to optimize sales processes and boost team performance. The role involves managing sales workflows, implementing tools like Salesforce and Gong, analyzing data, and mentoring sales teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize sales processes and workflows.
  • Implement and maintain sales tools, focusing on Salesforce and Gong.
  • Analyze sales data for insights and improvements.
  • Assist in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
  • Support sales compensation plans and incentives.
  • Develop and deliver sales training, including enforcing the SPICED framework.
  • Mentor and coach AEs, Inbound, and Outbound teams.
  • Review Gong recordings for insights and improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership on revenue strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process alignment.
Ideal Candidate
  • Expertise in Salesforce and Gong, with a proven track record.
  • Experience in SaaS sales operations and understanding of the sales lifecycle.
  • Ability to mentor and improve sales team performance.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
Required Experience

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Gong.
