Genedata, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst in Lexington, MA to support global Sales teams and collaborate with Finance, IT, Legal, and Marketing. The role focuses on commission management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM data integrity, with remote work eligibility.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Economics/Finance and at least 2 years of commission experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Education: relevant university degree in Economics, Finance, or related.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in calculating and managing sales commissions.
• Proficient in numbers, reports, and sales analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Fluent in English.
• Structured, organized, accountable, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Calculate sales commissions and lead automation efforts.
• Ensure accuracy of sales forecasts and maintain CRM data integrity.
• Oversee adherence to sales processes and reporting.
• Create/update CRM reports and dashboards for performance visibility.
• Lead the use of sales tools, update documentation, and provide user support.
• Assist and respond to inquiries from the sales team and other functions.
• Test new CRM features before deployment to ensure quality.
